Just a fitting option for a hurried visit in Andover with decent value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly during my stay. Check parking rules before arriving to avoid any hassles.

Solo traveler’s mediocre stay
Had the chance to enjoy a quiet stay here, the room was actually decent , not cramped at all, and I slept well on the bed. And the staff were friendly enough, even helped me figure out the breakfast hours which was a lifesaver.
Felt a bit pricey for what I got , but at least it was bearable.

great for city walk lovers with attractions nearby
I had a fantastic stay with clean and comfortable accommodations, and the helpful staff made my visit even better. while I loved being close to landmarks like The Museum of the Iron Age just over a kilometer away and beautiful Charlton Lakes that are definitely worth the stroll, I would have appreciated having a bar or restaurant on site for some late-night snacks.

Cozy stay with friendly vibes
Stayed just one night, but it was super comfy! My room had air con and there were complimentary waters too. The staff was ace, especially Mandy at the front desk—she was so helpful! The town was chill and easy to explore, though the bathroom was a bit tight for my liking.

The nearby eateries had me buzzing! I absolutely loved the homemade yogurt at The Queen Charlotte. Who could resist a cheeky curry from Shahi Raj? The staff were pretty accommodating too, sorting out the heating and providing a cozy atmosphere in the room.
Now, let's keep it real. The communal areas felt a bit shabby, with a bar closed for good and just a sorry continental breakfast available. The bathroom could've done with a deep clean. it wasn't the best first impression, that's for sure!

my stay was a pleasant surprise! after a previous stay in andover, this was much better. the room was clean, comfy, and equipped with everything, including a kettle and iron, which made things easier.
the bathroom lacked a shower curtain.

The room was clean, comfy, and included key amenities like a kettle and iron, making things easier during my stay. Breakfast options featured quality sausages and bacon, although the fresh fruit selection was limited.
Unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver on advertised restaurant and bar services, leaving guests to find meals off-site after a long day. Upon arrival, I was informed there had been no dining options for two years, which was a disappointment, particularly after traveling a long distance. the air conditioning leaked water and the bathroom lacked appropriate safety features, such as anti-slip mats and handrails, which could be problematic for some guests.
